Grass Gallops: Flat and Uphill. All Weather 1 mile wood chip & 5 furlong fibre sand track gallop. Use of National Hunt Fences. Maximum Capacity: 35 Horses

Hughie Morrison has only been training since 1996 but his success has been nothing short of phenomenal.

Winners like Saligo, Mane Frame, Marble Arch and Frenchmans Creek (Hughie's first Cheltenham winner and a potential Gold Cup candidate), have firmly placed Hughie on any would be owner's short list to train their horse.

Hughie learnt his trade from Paul Cole but It is no surprise that Hughie has become so successful, his family is steeped in racing history. Hughie parents have bred no fewer than three classic winners.

Tailor-made

As a relatively small yard we can give each horse the individual attention it deserves - from the unbroken yearling to the big uneducated National Hunt store. Each one will have a special programme to suite its needs. Our facilities give us the opportunity to provide the late maturing horses with the time they need - so many young National Hunt horses are ruined by modern intensive training techniques.
